If a client uploads data, attachments, or files exceeding the allocated server capacity or plan limits, Ampcore Electrical Fitting Contracting LLC reserves the right to restrict uploads, suspend excessive usage, or recommend an upgrade plan to maintain service stability.
All client data uploaded into the system remains the sole property of the client. Ampcore Electrical Fitting Contracting LLC does not claim ownership of client data.
However, authorized members of our core development and support teams may access client data when required for troubleshooting, customization, or system maintenance, under strict confidentiality and data protection policies.
By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive communications from us via WhatsApp for account notifications, software updates, and support inquiries. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting our support team. We comply with WhatsApp Business API policies and ensure secure handling of all related data.
All software, source code, design, trademarks, logos, documentation, and proprietary materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of Ampcore Electrical Fitting Contracting LLC. Unauthorized use, duplication, or modification is strictly prohibited.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse system access, exceed data limits without resolution, or fail to make required subscription payments. Upon termination, your license to use the Service will immediately cease.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ampcore Electrical Fitting Contracting LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, data loss, system downtime, or business losses resulting from misuse, improper configuration, or external technical failures. The Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the Service during the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In the event of any dispute, the matter shall be exclusively handled and settled by the Dubai Courts.
