How to Request Deletion

We offer two primary methods to request deletion. Include all details below to help us locate and remove your data quickly.

Email (Preferred Method):

Send an email to info@ampcoreuae.com with subject line:

"Data Deletion Request – [Platform/App Name]"

Include in your message:

Your full name
Email address or phone number associated with the account
Platform involved (Instagram, Facebook Lead Ads, WhatsApp, Messenger, or Ampcore Electrical Fitting Contracting LLC)
Any additional info to help locate your record (lead ID, message excerpt, date of interaction)

Via Platform Controls (When Applicable):

You may remove app permissions from your Meta account; however, removing permissions does not always delete data stored in our systems. Submit an email request as described above to ensure complete deletion from Datacore records.

Instagram / Facebook: Account Settings → Apps and Websites → Remove "Datacore _instaleads" or related entries
WhatsApp: Stop interacting with the number and submit the email request above

Processing Timeframe

We will verify your request and complete deletion within 30 days of verification, unless a longer retention is required by law. You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is completed.

Exceptions & Legal Requirements

We will not delete data that we are required to retain by law (for example, for tax, legal, or compliance reasons). Where we must retain certain records, we will restrict access and keep only the minimum data necessary for compliance.
